How to redeem your Amazon code

On the website

  2. Open Account → Gift cards → Redeem a gift card
  3. Enter the claim code from your Gifthash delivery and select Apply to your balance

Good to know before you buy

Amazon decides which items the balance can pay for and may review or restrict an account under its own gift card terms. The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, sent to another account or used to buy other gift cards where Amazon excludes them. Gifthash cannot see or manage your Amazon balance.

Can I use this card on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.in?

No. It is an Amazon.com (US) gift card and can only be redeemed on a US Amazon.com account.

Where do I enter the claim code?

On Amazon.com under Account → Gift cards → Redeem a gift card, or in the Amazon app's Gift Cards menu.

Does the balance expire?

Amazon sets its own gift card terms; check the current Amazon.com gift card terms before you buy. Gifthash does not add any expiry.

Can I split an order between my gift card balance and another payment method?

Amazon applies the gift card balance first and lets you pay any remainder with another method on eligible orders.

Can I send the code to someone else?

Yes — share the code privately with the recipient before it is redeemed. Once added to an account, it stays with that account.
